A focused administrative product
Start with the work you actually need.
For Dutch ZZP professionals, freelancers, micro-businesses and small companies. Confirm the operating scope and supported connections before onboarding.
Current availability and administrative scope
SoloOps is in late pre-launch with controlled onboarding. Email, calendars, invoices, receipts, expenses, VAT-related administration, mileage and briefings form the intended administration scope. Channel availability and readiness are confirmed for each onboarding; the interface studies above are not a claim of a released desktop or mobile app.
Where the business records live
PostgreSQL holds canonical business state. Google Drive organizes the original documents; Google Sheets supplies readable, rebuildable projections. Operator is the intended interface, SoloOps organizes the administration and Gateway supplies the controlled access and execution boundary.
Future operational extensions · Planned · Next phase
Inventory, stock, warehouse, shipping and advanced production extensions are planned for the next phase and are not part of standard SoloOps onboarding. Specialist internal tools and other agreed integrations can be scoped separately.
SoloOps alone or the complete setup
Use SoloOps independently, connect a particular workflow, or coordinate it with a custom-coded website, enquiry capture and Google Workspace. Software subscriptions, hosting and continued support have agreed scopes.
